Welcome to Cycles! This introduction tells you a little more about the course, and lets you know what to expect. This course has three sections that you can do at three different parts of the day, with the intention of helping you invite movement, in cycles, throughout your day. Sometimes we don't have time for an hour long yoga class, but maybe you have time for fifteen minutes. 

I give multiple options for each shape, so that you have something that is right for you. Remember that this can vary based on the time of day, based on the emotions you're experiencing and because of how you're feeling in your body at the moment you decide to do a session. There are three different sessions that we'll go through: 

  • Morning Refresh

A practice to get the joints moving and begin to invite movement.

  • Midday Nourish

A chair yoga practice for you to do at home, or even at the office - all you'll need is a chair.

  • Sunset Candlelight Restore

A soothing, gentle practice that invites and welcomes rest.

You are always welcome and encouraged to do what feels right for you - remember that everything I say is just a suggestion. You can use the content of this course either all in one day, or spread it out over the course of a couple of days. The videos remain available for you to use intuitively!
